Packaging may occasionally differ from the images shown on our website due to product or packaging updates. Our skincare products are intended for cosmetic use only, while our home fragrance products are intended for household use only. Please always follow the instructions provided with each product.

3. Orders
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorisation and order verification. An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, payment issues, or product unavailability.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location. Payment must be successfully authorised or completed before an order can be processed and dispatched.
In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order. If payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver to Sweden and Denmark. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delays caused by transport companies, customs or circumstances beyond our control may occur. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only once the products have been delivered.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
For hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to cosmetic products that have been opened, used or unsealed after delivery where the seal has been broken. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete return instructions.

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, videos, visual elements and website design, is owned by Little Secrets Nordic, Little Secrets, or the respective intellectual property rights holders, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.
While Shopify provides the e-commerce platform, all purchases are made directly from Little Secrets Nordic. Shopify is not responsible for products sold through this website or for any transactions between you and Little Secrets Nordic.
